If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the invoice.

Customers must share a photo or video clearly showing the issue.

Returns are only accepted for products marked “returnable” on our website.

Non-Returnable Products

Perishable or temperature-sensitive items.

Products with broken packaging, missing tags, or tampered labels.

Return Process

The request will be reviewed within 48 hours.

If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or provide shipping instructions.

Once the product passes inspection, you can choose between a replacement or full refund.

Grabmart India reserves the right to decline a return if product inspection fails due to misuse or missing parts.
